This program is tailored specifically for busy, overwhelmed, solopreneurs, firm owners and leaders needing help with direction, strategy and productivity. This unique platform brings together like-minded professionals who are eager to grow their businesses, navigate the complexities and uncertainties of their industry while enhancing their work- life balance.
Our Group Coaching Sessions are carefully structured to maximize learning, interaction and growth. Each group consists of a limited number of participants to ensure personalized attention.
Learning sessions are held twice per month and last for 90 minutes, providing ample time for discussion, problem-solving and strategy development. There are monthly, full group Q & A sessions and accountability sessions in smaller cohorts one time per month. Also, there are private 1 – 1 coaching sessions when you join and every 3 months thereafter.
The groups are formed with compatibility and diversity in mind , allowing for a rich exchange of ideas and experiences.
