The curriculum runs as multimedia modules with K.I.P.-gated progression. Knowledge gates ensure you've absorbed the framework. Implementation gates ensure you've installed it. Performance gates ensure it's actually moving the needle. Move faster than six months if your K.I.P. work is strong, slower if life gets in the way.

Phase-Level Q&A Waves

Live Q&A happens biweekly, organized by phase. Foundations Q&A pulls everyone in Phase 1. Business Development Q&A pulls everyone in Phase 2. As you progress, you graduate from one Q&A wave into the next.

Result: Conversations stay anchored to curriculum problems, not deal-specific information. Structurally less competitive than open-mic peer dialogue.

THE UPGRADE PATH

Online enrollment includes a credit toward Solo OS Group if you upgrade later.

The credit applies in full — you're not penalized for starting at the entry tier and progressing later. Many brokers start with Online to test the framework, then move to Group once they hit the $400K GCI floor or want the cohort accountability. The path forward is built into the program.

THE UPGRADE CREDIT — HOW IT WORKS

Start on Online, move to Group later, and your full Online enrollment comes off the Group price — dollar-for-dollar, whichever rate you paid. Founding enrollees credit the full $1,497; Standard enrollees credit $1,000. You're never charged twice for the framework, and you're never penalized for starting at the entry tier.
