I'm not a coach who used to be a broker. For 36 years I was the client.

As a developer, principal investor, and capital partner, I closed over $2 billion in transactions across office, industrial, retail, and residential — primarily in the western US, with bases in San Francisco and Newport Beach. I raised billions in institutional equity and debt from Apollo, Blackstone, and other major Wall Street firms. And I hired hundreds of brokers along the way.

I watched which ones won my business and which ones didn't. I saw what separated the $400K producer from the $1.5M producer at the same firm — and it was almost never effort.

For the past 13 years I've coached senior brokers at CBRE, JLL, Colliers, Newmark, and Cushman & Wakefield.
